@A Report from England Division@

October, 2008

Today, we went on a day trip to Whitby Bay on the east coast of North York Moors National Park.
It's such a popular town known for kippers.

There was a quiet walking path on the beach that parted from the crowded town.

We went there for a walk with our dog called Hannah and found a lot of foam gathering on the beach. I took it granted as the foam on the crest of waves; we call them flowers of waves in Japan.

But a local man who also walking with a dog told us gIt's washing liquid.h

gIt probably leaked from some factory.h

What a timing!
The beach we usually go a couple of hours to the south by car is graded as a non-polluted beach...

This happening let me consider about what I can do and what I will do for water environment and next generation.
